Jay's Sharpening Service is a locally owned and operated business that began providing services to Las Vegas hotel and restaurant kitchens in 1975. Jay's is the largest provider of sharpening services to the local food service industry. We also sell a wide variety of items to the chefs and staffs of area restaurants. Our customers range from the largest hotels to neighborhood lunch counters.

Mobile Service

Jay's Sharpening offers full service, onsite sharpening of knives and machine blades to hotel and restaurant kitchens.

Knife Exchange Service

Our knife exchange service for restaurants delivers a set of freshly sharpened knives on a regular schedule.

Walk In Service

We offer walk-in sharpening of knives, scissors, clipper blades, machine blades, gardening and landscaping tools, as well as items such as convex shears and surgical scissors.

Restaurant Supply Sales

We carry a full line of restaurant kitchen supplies and can deliver them at the time of your scheduled service.
